If these instructions do not help and you are still having difficulty purchasing crossings, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with details that include:
- Which product you were trying to buy
- What payment method you used
- Which internet browser (e.g. Explorer, Chrome, Firefox) you used and what version it is (this is often found in the menu under 'about' or 'help').
Please Note: Transactions may take up to 4 days to process, due to Weekends / Bank Holidays etc.
Normally orders placed after 12.30 hrs will be processed the following working day between 8.30 - 12.30 hrs.
New bridge cards will be posted 2nd class to your address. However if you would prefer to pick up personally, please advise using the ORDER COMMENTS box at the bottom of the CHECK OUT page, stating Clifton or Leigh Woods toll house. We will confirm by e-mail when the card is ready to be collected.
