Local Fine Artist Jayne Abbott has just released limited edition A3 prints of the 'Spirit of Bristol'.

A numbered edition comprising 250 prints, each individually hand signed by Concorde G-BOAF Flight Crew including Captain Mike Bannister, Captain Les Brodie, Captain Paul Douglas and Chief Flight Engineer Warren Hazelby.

This latest work depicts an autumnal afternoon with Concorde G-BOAF flying over the Clifton Suspension Bridge, evoking not only the links between these two engineering marvels associated with Bristol, but also the day in November 2003 when hundreds of thousands of Bristolians lined the city to say farewell to the "Queen of the Skies".

The Spirit of Bristol is part of a Bristol Collection entitled "Ship Shape and Bristol Fashion" and the A3 Limited Edition Prints are priced £185.00 each, and the auction of some of these prints, kindly donated by members of the Flight Crew, will benefit The Beacon Trust and the British Airways Charity, Dreamflight.
